Seafy Refund Policy

Seafy Wi-Fi packages are digital products that provide immediate access to online services once activated. They can be purchased through various channels, including partner ferry companies, onboard desks, or the Seafy portal. To ensure transparency and user protection, the following conditions apply in the event of a refund request:

1- Activated and Used Packages
Wi-Fi packages that have been activated and used are not eligible for refunds. However, in exceptional cases where usage has been extremely limited (in terms of time or data traffic), Seafy reserves the right to assess a partial or full refund, subject to technical verification.

2- Non-Activated Packages
Packages that have not yet been activated or used are fully refundable, provided the request is made prior to actual usage.

3- Packages Purchased Through Partner Companies
For packages purchased directly from Seafy’s partner ferry companies, any refund requests must be handled by the company itself. Seafy may provide technical support to verify service usage and determine whether the customer is eligible for a refund.

4- Refunds Due to Service Issues
Seafy Wi-Fi service relies on satellite connectivity, which may be subject to limitations caused by weather, environmental, or operational conditions. If a service issue not attributable to Seafy prevents the user from accessing the service, a partial or full refund may be requested, pending review by our technical team.
