The Seafy portal opens automatically when you connect to the 'Seafy' network, or by visiting portal.seafy.com once on board. From there, you can purchase Wi-Fi or activate a plan you've already bought. Although it's possible to make a purchase while sailing, we recommend doing it in advance on seafy.com so you can get online right away.

On Seafy, you can pay easily and securely with credit or debit card, Revolut Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. Choose your preferred payment method at the time of purchase.

To create a Crew account, visit the Seafy website, sign up, select the “Crew” option, and follow the guided procedure to register by entering your personal details.

Once onboard, you can connect by selecting the 'Seafy' Wi-Fi network on the ship, accessing portal.seafy.com, and following the activation instructions.

Seafy's Wi-Fi packages differ based on the ferry company, the amount of data included, the duration of use, and the type of app access allowed. Some offers allow only text messaging apps, others also include access to social media, while the most comprehensive packages offer a more open connection, similar to your home Wi-Fi, for broader and more versatile browsing.
