You can purchase Seafy at any time through three simple and convenient channels: directly from the website, by accessing the Seafy portal on board from your personal device, or by visiting the Deck Reception, where the crew will assist you with your purchase.

Once onboard, you can connect by selecting the 'Seafy' Wi-Fi network on the ship, accessing portal.seafy.com, and following the activation instructions.

The packages you purchased will be available in your profile, under "My Wi-Fi Codes" section.

In your profile, under the "My Wi-Fi Codes" section, you can view the status of your packages. This area allows you to monitor details such as activation, expiration, and usage of your codes.

If you don’t remember your Wi-Fi codes, log in to your profile in the dedicated section or check your email inbox: we sent you all the details of your packages when you made the purchase.

You can use the same Wi-Fi code on up to three devices, but only one device can be connected at a time. Make sure to disconnect the current device before switching to another.

From the Seafy onboard portal, in the "Activate Wi-Fi" section, you can link your code to up to three devices. To switch between devices, make sure no other device is currently connected with the same code.

You can disconnect your active package from the Seafy onboard portal by visiting the “Activate Wi-Fi” section and clicking on “Disconnect”.

Passengers can use their Wi-Fi code within 2 years from the purchase, while crew members can activate it within 6 months.

The duration of the Wi-Fi packages depends on the shipping company and the type of package chosen. For details on costs and features, refer to the dedicated purchase section for the company you'll be traveling with.

If you have an active VPN, we recommend disabling it: some VPNs might be blocked by our system for security reasons.
