Crew
For crew members of Seafy's partner shipping companies, Wi-Fi plans are reserved at an advantageous price. To access the dedicated section and to be able to purchase, you must be registered with Seafy and be validated as a crew member. From the website or portal, you will need to fill in the registration form with your personal details and you will receive a PIN code by email. You will then need to go to the reception desk onboard one of the company's ships for which you work, to confirm your details and provide the PIN code received. At the end of the operation, you will be able to freely access the portal and the Seafy.com website to purchase a Crew Package.
The offer reserved for crew members of Seafy's partner shipping companies is very convenient: it is a single package that includes all the services provided by the portal and Internet connection. The duration of the package is 30 days, starting from the day of activation of the code corresponding to the package, up to and including the 30th day. On the 31st day, the package is considered to have expired and will not be automatically renewed, so a new package must be purchased and activated.
Each crew member will be able to purchase a dedicated passenger package (see "Wi-Fi connection" section) on the website or the crew package of his or her shipping company. Once his account has been validated (see "How to create a Crew account?") he will be able to purchase through any sales channel: portal, website, or Payment Terminal.
The cost of the package may differ from company to company and may vary over time according to the commercial logic of the company or partner. From time to time the offer may be subject to temporary promotions.
All packages are subject to expiry: they are valid for a maximum of six months from issue. After the expiry date, it will no longer be possible to activate them or request a refund in case of inefficiency.
If you need to transfer from one of your shipping company's ships to another, you can also take the Seafy package you have already activated with you. When you go to the reception desk of the ship to which you will be transferred, you will have to ask the operator to carry out the transfer operation, indicating the package code and the name of the ship from which you are coming. In a few minutes, your package will be usable again.
